SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Once we receive your order it will be processed by our distribution team. Once your order has been processed and has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.
Please ensure that you have correctly entered your name and address at the time of purchase. We are unable to change the address once your item has been fulfilled. All orders are shipped from New Zealand.
DentaTech cannot take responsibility for any missing items that have been incorrectly addressed by the customer.

Please be aware that if your property has an authority to leave (ATL) and your package goes missing after being delivered, DentaTech will be not be able to process a claim. Please manage your order and any changes via the tracking number that is sent in your tracking email.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days in New Zealand (not including public holidays) please phone your local CourierPost outlet or track your order online here. You will need the tracking number from your tracking email. If they are unable to locate your order, please email us at dentatechtoothbrush@gmail.com
Return and refund Policy
DentaTech accepts returns if you’ve changed your mind about a product purchased through our online store. To qualify for a return, you must meet the following conditions:

Item was purchased within the last 30 days. Proof of purchase must be provided.

Item is in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused and unmarked. We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged. The only exception to this is if the product has been deemed faulty.

Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

The shipping costs associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by DentaTech. The only exception to this is if the product has been deemed faulty.

Your rights under any applicable consumer laws are additional to and not affected by DentaTech Return and Refund Policy above.

A refund of the full purchase price will only be issued when all of the above conditions have been met, and once the returned product has been received back into our warehouse. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
